My 2024 HO recently went trough a weight loss with the no ecm swap option via calterm as it was giving me issues and I didn't want to pay for a new ecm as im happy with the stock power anyways.. Trucks runs great no issues what so ever and remote starter works when engine warm, However This morning I tried starting my truck with the remote starter and it cycles, beeps twice, can see it from outside that the grid heater pre heating and it counts down, and when the grid heater heated up it will not crank, but it acts like it started, blower motor blowing to the windshield, dash says remote start is active, light are on but the engine does not run. Only does this when its cold. With a warm engine she fires right up with a remote. What do you guys to suggest to look at ?

I did reach out to him right away. His reply was the truck should work same as it was as it is the same file on the ecm and he only has acces to the emission side of things via Calterm to adjust the values to run without the emissions . The issue was not there before I remember the same morning we did the deleted the truck I started with the remote and it was below freezing. This weekend I will hook a scanner up to it and disable/enbale remote start and do a deep scan and see. Might be there is something that does not set a cel but it blocks the truck from cranking, because the truck beeps twice, accessories come on and dash says remote start is axtive but it will not start when its around freezing temps. Its also weird because when its not colder that +5C and the truck does not use the grid heater it starts with the remote. so its kind of a brain storming to figure it out. I thought I ask if anyone experienced this. I will update this thread once I figure it out might be a help for someone else
