I recently got an OTA update on my 2022 8.4 and some things are now not working. Lost the ability to save the guidelines with backup camera and now I can no longer have message announcements with Carplay. Small things I know but if it worked before the update it should work after the update. I called my dealer and since I have 40,000 miles they told me I would have to pay. Seems wrong that I got an OTA that they pushed and broke things and I have to pay. Called customer care and got the same feedback!!! What a shame... back in the day they would bend over backwards to help but now it is different!!! The one thing the customer care person said was that I should have T27.46 as my SW version but I have U35.26? I have a feeling he was wrong as that seems to be an older version. Is anyone else having this issue?, what are folks current version on 2022 8.4?

oh.... and did a hard reset... things seem to work for about 1 key cycle then it all goes away again

Other members reported it takes days for the truck to sort itself out after a software update, like slowly, eventually everything starts working again.

yeah... even did a hard reset and not right... spent some quality time (NOT!) with customer care. They are telling me my SW should be T26.47 or something like that but the SW on my truck is U35.26? Anyone else with a 2022 with 8.4" have the same? Funny part is they want me to go to the dealer and pay to have them put the right SW on their, even though they screwed it up

There's a post out there by Jimmy07 and he tells you how to do an update if i recall correctly. I thought .46 was the most recent, but if you have .47 then you're likely up to date already.
