Rear view mirror via camera.

Quite frankly, we are wondering if tis really was.

When we picked up our RAM3500, our rear view mirror when we were in park, cave us a collage of different views from the cameras around the truck.

It disappeared after a day.. and gone back to one view.

Am I nutz or did the darn thing have this ability ?

I think you misremember and they showed you that feature on the main screen. Unless a feature was added in '22, the '21 digital rearview only has one mode and just looks backwards from the camera next to the cargo light. Any split screen option in the mirror would be worthless because it would be too small to see clearly.

Thanks.. had to drive 3 hours to pick up the truck and only had 10 minutes with the sales rep.

I should add that the mirror really has two modes instead of one. You can flip the lever where the day/night lever would be on a regular mirror and that will turn off the digital mode and allow you to use it as a regular rear view mirror.

Yes..i flip at night..easier on the eyes.
