Rear engine coolant leak

Rear antifreeze leak mostly above starter dripping down on the bell housing. I say "mostly" because there is a smaller stream of water appearing on the right side of the bellhousing also.
This does not happen when off. This happens after several minutes of running but only when running.
No water in the oil.
Someone mentioned an EGR cooler?
Anyone have any other ideas? Thank you in advance for any time you give to this.

Could be a number of things. I'd get in there with an inspection mirror. Look around the freeze plugs in the block as well.
