I saw some other threads but didn't really see a solution and didn't want these instructions to get buried. Check out the pics, I started with the given measurements, cut a cardboard template, jigsawed a piece of scrap 1/2" plywood and glued thin foam to one side to protect the cupholder top and scrap carpet to the other. Minimum time, and when my 80 pound old guy can't be in the front bench seat with me I don't have to worry about him in the back ! Hopefully at least the dimensions will be useful to someone.

Very nice, matches well! My 11 year old guy needs carpet everywhere, he was sniffing the grill in front of my wife's car when she was getting mail and got run over - broken jaw, nasty burn and dislocated hip. I have to lift his 80 lbs in now(Burger King runs!), he's just getting over the hip surgery....all the surgeries gave the HO diesel option cost a run for the money.....
