Rattling on 2024 Power Wagon

I have a random rattling on my new Power Wagon. It started a couple of months after I got it and sounds like a loose heat shield. It is not constant and happens randomly. I checked all the heat shields, and nothing is touching anything or loose. Sounds like thin metal rattling. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Probably exhaust related even though you have checked them. Where’s the noise located?

Sounds like it is coming from the back of the truck. Will check exhaust, thanks!

My 6.4 had a broken exhaust tie bar behind just behind the cats that rattled.

I posted a picture here of the broken tie bar behind in another thread.

I welded it and now more rattle.

Loose exhaust bracket on mine. Thought it was a heat shield as well.
