Random post: Auto Regen finally kicked in!

22 3500 HO Dually, I was starting to worry about the dpf (because I can’t not read the horror stories about stupid dpf issues).

Well today while going for takeout I notice it says it’s doing it’s auto regen! Yes!

I remembered guys saying it takes a while and you have to maintain at least 50mph or something so I get on 95 South and just cruise (not doing 50 ).

The DPF gauge is at zero, the tank is a beast…errr it’s a tank.

Leveling kit that I customized, with 22s on grapplers.

Now if only I could see out the tint at night

No need to run it on the highway or maintain 50 hell most of my regens happened on my way to work (7 min drive) and it would not finish before i got to work so i just shut it off on my way home it would continue with the regen sometimes it would finish other times when i got home id just sit in the driveway with the truck in Drive with my foot on the brake until it finished never an issue with the DPF

Ahh good to know. I got a nice menacing drive out of it so it was fun.

Expect one at 24hr engine run time intervals. There’s a screen in your evic that shows run time.

Sniper, my truck will continue automatic regen in neutral as well, in case your foot needs a break from holding the brake

No longer an issue for me but if i ever reinstall it ill remember this lol
