I've been wanting a winch on my truck for a while. I'd seen ranch hand bumpers on other trucks, they look sturdy and practical. I was not able to find a picture of this bumper (FBD195BLRC) installed. This might help you decide if this is the right bumper for you.
Here is a shot showing how far is sticks out. The end of the ruler is against the factory tow loop.
This bumper is REALLY heavy. RH website claims over 300 pounds. I dont know what the winch weighs. I didnt weigh the factory take off, but it feels about like a big bag of dog food, 50 - 70 pounds. Possibly my imagination but I thought it affected ride a little.
The bottom of the bumper is about even with the bottom of the intercooler, which looks more exposed now. However, before, there was nothing but floppy plastic in front of it. I might add some protection there.
