Ramboxes lids don’t stay open

I bought a 2019 2500 Megacab Limited last week. One small issue I've noticed is the struts for the Ramboxes lids do a poor job holding them open. They worked much better on my 2018 truck. Has anyone else run into this? I haven’t had a chance to take it to the dealer yet.

Have no trouble keeping mine up even in the freezing temps here! I did have a problem at first one would only open half way and then droop, the problem was the dealer screwed up installing the Mopar soft roll up. The rubber weather strip seal was folded under and not on top of the lid Grrr. Do you have any type of cover?
