Rambox Question

Had a question regarding how the Rambox is supposed to work once unlatched. My passenger side when I open immediately lifts itself, to the point I try to hold on to it to keep it from banging at the top. My drivers side when I open will just hang in the low position I have to manually lift to about the half way point then it will lift itself. I assume the passenger side is the one that's working properly but just wanted to confirm.

Thanks for the responses! That's interesting, so sounds like my driver's side works like both yours where I have to manually lift it to the half way point then will take off on its own, whereas my passenger side takes off on its own as soon as I unlatch. Was just curious why they worked differently, probably not something to really mess with
