Here another link that might work for those having problems. I know it's a chevrolet site but it works for some of our Rams. I used "sstoner911" vin number that was in the pic he attached.

That's not a VIN specific towing and payload capacity lookup, which is what this thread is for.

Double check your VIN off of the door sticker. Even the equipment listing from Ram isn't pulling that VIN.

I was able to pull the build list, just nothing else.

What does the “mpi” and “hpims” payloads signify? Not familiar with those acronyms
