I know that the 5.9 easily can go 300k+ with proper maintenance. Several factors will influence the lifespan of your truck of which you have control over, and others not so much.
I would like to here from owners of 4.5 Gen HDs diesels with 100% stock truck on high milage over 100K? I realize the increased complexities of modern engines, particularly with emissions systems,which can lead to more potential falures points.

It's not a 4.5 gen, but we had a 2016 6.7 as our delivery truck at work and racked up over 400K on it before trading it off. Delivery drivers beat the #@&t out of it and it still ran fine. These engines will last a long time if properly maintained.
