Ram Connect App and website not updating but remote starting works

I have a 2022 2500 with the 12" UConnect system and from the iPhone app I can remotely start or stop the engine and lock or unlock the doors but the app has not update the fuel level, distance to empty, mileage, etc in about 9 months. What am I doing wrong?
