Well two days after voicing my displeasure on this forum and another one about does Ram Care really care?, Ram Care comes out of the woodwork to message me back here and e-mailing me back. Anyone having issues with Ram Care ghosting you, just stay after them, they don't like bad publicity out there. They helped me contact the appropriate people by phone instead of e-mail when I couldn't get any explanation on why my towing bill was denied. Bad news on the towing bill though, I submitted it 5 days after the 30 day deadline, so no reimbursement, what a joke that little requirement is, especially when my truck sits at the dealer for 3 months, 1500 miles away. So Ram Care cares if you keep bugging them and if you are submitting for towing reimbursement, don't be a day over 30 days from the day of service!!! Now a plug for Progressive insurance, they covered the entire towing bill, even going way over their stated limits.
 
I would assume, being an Italian company Ram Care is "working from home" which means hardly working. But that would just be a guess. I would also assume they have them locked into the such limited parameters of what they can and cannot say or do here, its more of a "feel good" concept then a practical out reach.

I get that, but if they are going to have someone hear offering to help, they should. I called them out on that months ago. All the canned responses do not make anyone warm an fuzzy. Something like, let me escalate this, and PM me directly please. Or how about our new 2025 lifter supplier for the 6.4 we have a huge upgrade to tell you about....Otherwise, what is the point?

I was told that although these "Ram Care" accounts are indeed Stellantis employees, these Forums not their full time priority so they do not pop in regularly.

I would only rely on either calling Ram yourself and initiating your case with representative or your dealership service and obtaining a case number.
