There's a TSB article that I brought with me to the dealer that explains the situation with my faulty AC and Ram 3500.
According to the TSB, the dealer does not even have to reproduce the problem for the repairs to take effect. The dealer refused to perform the work and claimed they were unable to reproduce the problem.
The issue is the AC does not perform adequately to cool down the cabin when the temperature is warm ( above 28c) the day I brought my truck to the dealership, the outside temperature was around 24c.
I believe for the amount of money paid for my 2020 Limited 3500 HQ ( over $110K Canadian) my AC should work adequately and I should not be fighting over a TSB repair article with the dealer. The TSB even explicitly states for the dealer to simply proceed with the repairs.
I hope RamCares do care about my AC woes. @RamCares , please care for my issue. Driving around with a 100k truck, in a hot sunny Canadian day with crappy AC, it’s simply not cool.
