Would anyone that has a 2019 Ram 2500 with the rear air suspension care to see if they are able to replicate this bug? I am able to put the rear into "Lowered" mode and turn the truck off, remove the key, and spend some time unloading/loading the bed. When I return to the truck typically 15-30 minutes or longer, I start it, the rear suspension will not resume "Normal" height. The truck dash still shows it is in "Lowered" mode. The "Lower" button on the Uconnect is unresponsive. The only way I have been able to get it to resume normal height after this event is to toggle the "transport" or "jack" mode several times in settings, or just start driving and it returns to normal. I have had the air suspension TSB/Recall done at the dealership right before Labor Day and it did not change this issue.

I believe this is nothing more than a bug in the software. I would be grateful is a couple of individuals could verify this issue also exists for them. Possibly @RamCares can forward this information to the correct people and have them address this.

Thanks!

Hi @2019_Ram,

We're sorry to hear that you have this concern with your air suspension. Have you notified the dealer that this is occurring after the TSB?

I will get with them in the next couple of weeks when back in town. This is does not effect the drivability of the truck. It's more of an annoyance than anything. I do enjoy being able to lower the bed for loading and unloading.
