Ram 2500 12.4" Display and UConnect App?

Had a quick question about the UConnect App on my new Ram 2500. The only options I have are to lock and unlock, and also start and stop the vehicle. It is my understanding there are supposed to be features such as locate vehicle and vehicle information?

I've also seen that these options are not available when you have the 12.4" display, is that correct?

The locate should work, mine does.

Vehicle info (maintenance info) is not supported on the 12.1 Uconnect4 system.

You went through all the signup for GuardianXM and the remote start works?

Correct, went through all the setups for GuardianXM, etc.... My remote start and unlock works fine, there's just no option below to locate the vehicle, or anywhere on the menu's. I'll ask the dealership if they have any insight.

I would press the assist button on your mirror and talk to the Uconnect customer service. They will be much more helpful than the dealer.

Do you have the map button on the bottom of your UConnect app? The one for sending destinations to the Nav? It’s the same screen. Just tap the steering wheel icon on that screen.

Negative, no Location icon on mine. There's only 1 icon, and its Remote in the center.

@Brutal_HO , I was disappointed when I bought my 2020 and found out the mileage, maint, fuel and tire info were no longer supported. I really liked having that info available to me when not in my truck. My 2016 had all that.
