Radio Update with Connected Services Delete

I know that we don't get OTA updates because some of our trucks received the connected services delete when our trucks were built. Is there a way to check for updates and or install new updates on our own or is dropping by the dealership the only way?

But don't expect much

I've never seen an update on there for a deleted one. Not sure how they would know what version you have in order to suggest an update, since it isn't connected. They need to offer a page where you can download the latest version.
