Radio & SiriusXM preset buttons missing

Got in the truck the other day and all my preset buttons are missing from the split screen. Instead of showing my favorites it just has the option to change from xm, am, fm, Bluetooth and aux. When I go to the actual radio full screen they are there but not on the split screen with navigation and radio. I have a 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie with the 12 inch screen.

Did you try swiping right or left on the portion displaying the audio functions? When in split screen there are two views that you can toggle between.

I think I did but will try again. Who would have thought it could be something so simple.
