I’ve searched all over and found many posts regarding radio presets not saving, however I haven’t found anything like this yet. My radio presets will save, (infact, I've never lost them) however I can’t change the station with them. No matter what I do I cannot select the station with the preset. The only buttons that will respond are the steering wheel controls and tuner knob. I’ve uploaded a video for reference (please excuse the fingerprints on the screen).

Put your vehicle into the ON or ACC position and perform the following--
Go to “Vehicle Settings” then select “ System
Information” and look for “Version Information”
