Radio mic holder on dash

My truck is newer, but I have a buddy with a lightly older Power Wagon that wanted a place to click in his radio mic. Wasn't using the selector switch that was on the dash so I made a custom mount for him with a magnet to hold things in place. He's going to put it in the cubby on the other side as well so he has choices

May make him one with some switch holes and we're eyeballing that lower cubby as well...
