Radio losing presets

I have a 22’ 2500 Tradesman that the radio keeps losing the preset channels on but the clock is keeping time. Also getting a weird beep shortly after cranking. Doesn’t do the beep every time but pretty regularly. Anyone have an idea what could be doing this? TIA

8.4 deletes saved preset channels

So I save all my preset Sirius channels in my 8.4 and then days later I turn the truck on and they are all erased. Anyone else have this issue? And no, battery was never disconnected. Thx

Thanks. Yeah it looks like it is pretty common. The electronics on this truck is the only reason I took out an extended warranty.
