Has anyone hear with the AEV lift experienced a clunk from the passenger side axle housing, where it is making contact on occasion with the track bar? The point of contact is visible on mine in the paint between the 2 relocation brackets, right behind the lower sway bar link mount. I will try to get a picture tomorrow. The truck is a 2020 2500, I purchased with the lift installed. It's fully warrantied, only 13k miles. I love the truck and would really love to eliminate this glitch. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

My Prospector has that suspension and I don't have any contact with the track bar. I think the geometry should be identical to stock, so contact is avoided.

You are correct that the geometry is identical to stock, but the track bar is relocated higher on the axle housing. I have to get a picture tomorrow, but the track bar on my truck has a clear mark where the housing contacts it occasionally. I just picked up a wrench that will allow me to tighten the track bar bolt without disconnecting the tie rod. It's a very tight clearance spot on the front end. I'm going to torque everything real good and see if it helps.

So after doing some more searching, it seems like what I am hearing my be the body mount on the passenger side. I guess there is a TSB for the issue. Either way, I'm going to put a wrench on everything tomorrow and get a picture of the track bar location that is really tight. It's pretty slushy and muddy here tonight, not gonna lay on the ground right now!

20221117_131526.jpgThis is the best pic I could get, and it ain't so good. This is the passenger side lower swaybar link mount, just behind it is where the AEV track bar passes between the AEV relocation brackets, you can kinda see a sliver of black in the pic, that's the tight gap between the housing and the track bar. If you have this setup, just check it out, it's a close fit. I tightened everything. No lose track bar bolts or brackets. Then I tighten the front cab mounts, boom, no more popping noise! I truly don't think what I was hearing was the track bar, but it's amazing how tight the clearance is in that spot.
