PW Key Fob issue

Hello everyone, new owner to the PW world as I just took delivery of my new 2020. As I am adjusting to the PW, I absolutely love it over every single vehicle I have ever had for the past 20 years. But I am having 1 problem.

For some reason, if I stand in front of the truck and remote start it, I cant turn it off with the remote. I can't unlock, or do anything.

Now, if I walk to the rear of the truck, I can turn off the remote start, lock, unlock etc etc with no issues..

Standing anywhere around the truck, I can unlock and lock with no issues. It's only when I hit remote start the problems come.. kinda embarrassing to have to walk all the way to the back of the truck to turn it off lol

Truck won't unlock after remote start

2020 3500 gas , remote start works fine. Problem is when you try to unlock the door to get in you have to repeatedly push the unlock button. I'm going to have the dealership look at it. Just wondered if any one else has this issue. [MOD Edit:] FCA Issued TSB 08-052-21 to correct this...
