Purchase in Jersey and End Lease Early

I’m looking to purchase a 2500 or 3500, anyone have any recommendations to purchase in South Jersey. Also I’m currently leasing a 1500 with a little less than 2yrs left, is it possible to end the lease early to purchase? Thanks
