Project - putting 56 IH body on to 1999 Ram frame

Please direct this to anyone who can answer.

Problem. . .
I am setting a 1956 IH body on to a 1999 Ram deisel drive train.
Engine compartment is too short
Would like to remove fan & install electric fans ( 2 pf them)
Question: will 2 fans cool it?

You might have to build a dog house to set the engine back farther.
