Problems with Customer Service

I am over it.
I bought a truck from my friend in July.
Attempted to set up Uconnect/Guardian and sent my documents in, 6 times (July, August, Sept, Oct, Nov and now Dec) I have sent my documents in by fax, upload, email and now text. I have gotten upload, fax and email success and even got an agent named Rosa to email me back and confirm they got my bill of sale, ID and stated they were approved.
Call back "you are not the owner, please send in your documents"

for the love of all things HOLY . . .can someone get me past the ASSIST button to a Tier 2 support or legal dept?

Can use my watch, app, remote, internet . . . I paid 200.00 to ATT for internet, can't use it because no Uconnect. I have a discount on my insurance and losing that becuase I can't prove I have theft guard.

Thee people are incompentent. And then want to act like I AM THE PROBLEM because I am pissed its been six months and I still can't fully utilize my truck and now its freaking cold and I want my remote start . . .its the little things in life but after 60,000 I expect to be able utilize at very least remote start FROM MY FREAKING WATCH. lol
