Im going to buy a pressure washer and foam cannon to clean the Dually. Any recommendations? I’ve researched some and I like the Ryobi 2300 psi 1.2 gpm unit at Home Depot. Thought or concerns? As for a foam cannon, I don’t have a clue other than going off of reviews on Amazon?

you still have to agitate the dirt with a rag, right? the cannon just let's you soap the vehicle quickly... is that the only benefit?

IMHO, more of a prewash to help loosen things up.

However, for my RV, I just wand wash after foaming, then (gently low pressure) rinse with a pressure washer.

For the truck, I'm bucket hand washing anyway top to bottom so it is a prewash.

I use a foam cannon, but yes, you still have to use a wash mitt to get the dirt off. Washing my beast takes a while. Rinsing with distilled water is the bomb, but I bought a Worx pressure washer to do that and the tool is a POS. I have 55 gallons of condensate water to use and that thing can't siphon like it is supposed to.

With a foam canon and decent pressure washer, there shouldn’t be a need to hand wash your truck. Give it a good prewash, then foam cannon it and let the foam work and run down the vehicle. Power wash off the foam and only the worst areas should require additional work.

I had borrowed a friends gas pressure washer and lugged that thing around the driveway washing the truck etc. Well, after several months of using it, I figured I'd take it back to him.
Welp, now I don't have one. Was so much easier to wash the truck with one.
Did some searching and found the Sun Joe brand of electric pressure washers. Great reviews on Amazon and was going to order one.
But, Wife was at Sam's and they had one for $129. So she brought it home. Has a bottle and brush attachment with it.
Here is a link to the product website.

Wow, that thing is nice. Weighs less than 20 lbs, easy as all to move around and super quiet.
Kind of weird plugging in a pressure washer. After years of filling with gas, checking the oil level etc.
Anyhow, I've used it a few times and so far so good.

I've been using up a jug of car wash soap, I've had for ever.
Need to get some of the actual foaming soap. Any recommendations ?
