Power Wagon floor shifter order

Anyone here with a 2022 that has the 4x4 floor shifter rather than the buttons? We see some on youtube but my co-worker is having issues getting it on his PW order. It's greyed out when the dealer tries selecting it. He's not ordering it with the console so we know that's not the issue.

I think it is base, so you can't specifically ask for it, and as long as you don't get L3 or the electronic buttons for 4wd you would get the shifter.

Then it is probably greyed out because it is included. I can't say for sure though, sometimes manufacturers change things on the fly.

i have the floor shifter on my 22' PW lvl1.

yeah you have to select the shift on the fly transfer case if you don't want the floor shifter, or if you select the console or get a level three. then you cannot have the floor shifter.

Thkbaron is right. If you select the premium bucket seats or console with your level 1 it will automatically add the electronic transfer case. The shifter will be manual otherwise. I feel it’s unlikely Ram would opt to try and produce all trucks with more electronics during an ongoing chip shortage. You *should* be safe even though it’s greyed out.
