Power Running Boards

Note for those with Power Runners. Got mine put on about month ago, worked great. Few days ago we had one of those artic blast 30 below wind chills yada yada. Board deployed half way, I didnt give it a second thought being cold. Stepped up, "Crunch" gear broke. So they are sending a new motor to the installer, its under warranty. But now I know. Cold snap flip that switch to off and just deal with a few days till it warms back up to being at least reasonable. zero temps all bets are off. Mumble

Bad luck. Been using mine in -10F the last few days no issue.

Yeah I agree. I know I'm not a size 38 any more, but geez not like a moose. But my 200 lbs snapped that gear like a Potatoe chip. Pain in the ass.
