I have a 2017 Dodge Ram 3500. just chanced both batteries. Now the lights,radio and hvac system keeps shutting off.
 
Reason why you changed batteries?
Check the ground posts and cables.
Also fully charge them new batteries if you haven't already and see what's happening.
