I know this is a Power Wagon group, but the Rebel also has powder coated bumpers. Anyone live in a Winter salt belt? Any issues with the powder coated bumpers and rust? Every single item I have owned that was powder coated ended up rusting.
Thank you!

I always found that the sharp edges and the inside is where the rust started first. I plan to spray mine with rubberized undercoating to prolong their life (as well as the entire undercarriage). Something else that might be helpful is some kind of metal protector on the backside. However if you get stone chips on the front it's hard to prevent rust.

Thank you. I do use Fluid Film on my vehicles undercarriage. I will be sure to apply to the insides of the bumpers.
