Possible to relocate BSM sensors?

My camper covers the rear brake light assemblies and defeats the BSM.
Anyone aware if it's possible to relocate the sensors in the light assembly?
Would love to drill and mount them in the camper and regain use of BSM!

I doubt you can relocate the sensors since they are built into the tail light assembly. I lose them when I hook up the fifth wheel too.
