Possible speaker issue or something else?

When I started my truck up tonight I could hear a loud whining sound, almost like a loud rattle coming from the driver's side corner of the door, close to the mirror/speaker area. Radio doesn't sound any different, but well talking on the phone through bluetooth, the sound of the phone call was a little muffled and crackled a bit.

It went away after driving for about 10 minutes, but the more I accelerated, the louder it got. Any ideas? 2019 3500 Limited Cummins.
