Hello all,

Finally picked a wheel that I like. Going with the Method 317, but having a hard time deciding on a color. Good part is it comes in only Titanium or Matte Black. Now, ive had plenty of black wheels, so im wondering about going a different route this time.

My 2500 is Billet Silver Metallic Night Edition. Obviously black will be black and we all know how that will look. My question is the Titanium color. Its not a silver wheel, but rather almost gunmetal. With black accent bolts. Curious to peoples opinions, as black can sometimes be boring. But also dont want a complete monochromatic setup :) Im gonna pop some pics in of the wheel under different lighting:

Go titanium. I'm over the black wheel thing, I just can't decide which to buy!

Haha....i thought I made the hard decisions of finding the wheel...now the color! But yeah, part of me is over the black wheel kick. Thanks for your opinion bud!

I wanted everything about the night edition on my truck except the wheels. I don't want chrome or polished but am almost thinking anthrocite or titanium myself.

Titanium 100% !!

This, coming from a night edition, black wheels guy.

Same. Titanium. I’m going back and forth between bronze and black for a white night edition that’s on order. I think the non-black colors would shake it up from the norm.

I'm partial to the titanium/gunmetal

Titanium.

I have a 75th PW in the delmonico red Pearl. Mono tone. So the factory black rims work.
If I change rims, I might have to look at the titanium.
But I've always been a fan of gunmetal gray colors.

I'd normally say Titanium with any other color but your truck is almost the exact same color so there will be no contrast? Maybe a different model wheel that has a black lip and titanium in the middle would look better?

Not necessarily....the black center and black bolts along with the black tires provide an accent.

I do understand MtnRider point though. But, I think it might work. Example is on LateToTheParty's 2500 above with this Raceline wheels.

I am thinking I am going to pull the trigger on the Titanium Worse case, I can have them powdercoated black for pretty cheap locally.

I may be a little biased, but my vote would be the titanium with your Billet.

Totally forgot you had a similar color.

I also notice you drive with your tow mirrors up. Do you prefer that? I had mine up the other day, and I think I can see a lot more with the moose ear mirror being on the bottom.

I think either will look good as I’m sure you can find examples of both. My vote is for titanium though.

Yep, I leave them up all the time, as I don't like continually trying to adjust depending on whether I have a trailer hooked up or not. With the topper and long bed, even when rolling around without a load, the little extra visibility is a benefit for me.

I really like the titanium color as well as the gunmetal, I'm just not a fan of the bead lock look.
