well he did say there was no change in noise or feel so I guess that would be they are same noise and feel wise lol.
Well after more time on the tires, I would say they are maybe like 5% more noisy at speeds above 60 mph. My spouse didn’t notice but I would say there is a tiny bit of hum. But certainly no where near like a mud tire. Also they are a bit more soft in cornering (at the same PSI as the transforce, if I’m not towing I kept both at around 60/65 psi). So not as stiff as the trans force, could be because of the slight increase in size too. The grip is WAY BETTER than the transforce in wet conditions.
Do they measure as tall as advertised?
the set of Toyo AT3's I had which were 35's were short compared to the R/T's in the same size. I agree a great tire but mine were stone throwers. Drive through a gravel parking lot or down a gravel road and get ready for it
The 295/60R20’s measure about 33.5“ height with weight on wheels (on the truck). I think specs said they are 33.9”. That measurement was done at 65 PSI (cold) using a highly scientific level and tape measure so take that for what it’s worth.
that is a lot closer than mine were. With weight on the vehicle my 35's were under 33.5" that is laying a level on top of the tire on flat ground.
