My 2020 ram 1500 and my iPhone 15 is not working properly.
When I make a call from my contacts on the truck it starts out hearing the dial from the truck speaker After the person answers the call the truck transfer the call voice to my iPhone. I can hit the transfer button so the voice goes back to the truck speaker. This never has happen before.
The dealership tried many options with no success. It always stayed on the truck speaker when making or receiving calls. What’s the problem?
We tried deleting the phone and reinstalling it. Many times.
