Phone call gets very static, have to hang up

I have a 2024 Ram 2500. Every so often while on a call my end starts to get static, finally enough I have to end call and call back. sometimes that helps and sometime not. Anyone else had that and what fixed it? Thank You

Have you tried switching from the truck to the phone while on the call to see if the static clears?
