What’s everyone using for a phone app for tracking maintenance and such on your trucks?

A-Car, aka Fuelly.

Truck, Car, ATV, Boat, Fuel, DEF, service, purchase, maint., etc.

This is what I use also for all our cars, even our travel trailer. More just as a service, maintenance and modification record keeper though. I don't use the fuel recording tools.

Thanks for the responses. I checked out Fuelly but it’s had horrible reviews in the last year. I’ve had Uconnect for 6 years and I’m tech savvy but have yet to find any maintenance tracker in the system. I’m curious how it’s been used for that.

While searching the App Store I found an unrelated app called I-Exit that I though was pretty helpful to find gas, food and lodging. You can select gas or diesel and it will show you a list of stations, the prices, and directions.

The app from ram is actually pretty useful for this

i just write the maintenance (oil changes, fuel filter changes, tire rotations, air filter) down in log book with date and mileage. Keep it in console. That’s my app.

i use myfuellog2 currently. I used a much better app until i had to upgrade my phone. Found out even though the app worked fine on my old phone, its no longer listed in the google store and couldn't be installed on the new phone. 5 or more years of maintenance records mostly lost. No way to import/export data other than manually entering a few records into the new app.

I've never had a problem with it.

Also Gas-buddy for fuel prices is good.

I also use the TSD logistics discount card and their app. https://www.tsdlogistics.com/services/fuel-program/

Up until a few days ago, everything was hardcopied. Then something out of left field hit my e-mail informing me for as long as I own my Ram, I will have free access to CarFax Car Care. Fairly informative referencing my services needed and my past services performed. I don't have a clue where this perk came from, but I appreciate it very much!

Probably came by way of your dealer. It's a free app they participate with to drive service revenue.

I gotta get with the times i guess i just keep all the maint receipts in a folder in my desk

Apple Notes. I can also attach pictures of the part numbers for filters and such.

I also use the Fuelly (acar) app and love it. I paid the fee and have the pro version and when I get a new phone I just transfer the data to the new phone and it's seamless!

It's quite customizable as well, for example you can change the maintenance frequency and reminders based on your preferences... some people change oil every 3k miles, some 10k miles. You can also add equipment with notes. I usually put make/model/etc in the notes.
