Passive Entry

The 2500 tradesman I just ordered will have the 8.4 w/nav. Does this mean it will have the door handles for passive entry? It will have push button start.

No. It will not. You have to get at least a Laramie for passive entry.

But if the handle has the sensor in it, you may be able to program it with a ALPHAOBD program. I know I've seen that function in the BCM.
