Ordered a new Power Wagon in March. Any suggestions to keep the sagebrush and tree branches from scratching the hell out of the paint? Never had a truck with ceramic coating, but I wouldn’t imagine that would work.

Yep, wrap it in Xpel. Best decision I ever made for a off road use.

Did you go with Tracwrap? If so, how does it hold up to the branches? Was your paint damaged or have you had to replace it? Did you install it yourself? Did you leave it on or remove it after your off-road/hunting/fishing trip?

Thank you for your input.

First I have heard of it but I looked it up after your reply.
It's amazing stuff. I had it professionally installed by a Xpel dealer on my Raptor. Trust me when it has been through hell and back! Works as advertised , I'm a believer .

It's been pin stripped through Ocotillo Wells, mountains of Utah and New Mexico hunting down animals. It has survived some nasty whoop section that shot us into some Hard trees and brush! All lived to tell the tell! Ask my kids! It's the best stuff for trucks that I've seen. Others have wrapped their trucks but it tore, not the Xpel. Self heals and looks brand new.

Here's a pic from last week after washing it.

Did they pay you to say this? LOL I need it? How expensive is it?
Ha ha they should, to make up for the $3,500 bucks to wrap my truck. I'm selling that beast to get a new Ram 2500 so I can tow some bigger trailers.

It's expensive but I haven't regretted it yet!

But that's my two cents... I can show you my buddy's truck, his Raptor looks like it's been a rental truck from Alamo at the desert

Sounds good. Last year I was fishing with my son on a trail in the Sierra mountains and met a guy who came from the opposing direction. Let me just say, there was no way in hell it was going to buff out. His truck was destroyed. He was irritated, but happy to be fishin!
