Is there an issue with wiring harnesses randomly going bad and it will make sensors codes pop? How will harness go bad? Nothing has been touched on truck. Codes cleared and immediately throws engine light on after start up. Same codes pop up.

Improperly routed, chafing on frame/cab. Not a widespread issue but if you are getting more than one sensor reading bad from the same area that would be something to check for.
Mine's popping same codes and will be attempting to swap out the sensor myself. It does look to be in a pretty tough spot. Trying to figure out the best way to get to it. Also, it seems the sensor (68354201AB) is on backorder due to the 22+ recall. The sensor being down doesn't bother me but not being able to remote start the truck due to the CEL is frustrating.

Sames... I looked at where sensor & plugs are & it looks like exhaust must be dropped for access.. Dealer confirmed sensor replacement under warranty, and had to order from vegas even when a dealer 1 mile away has 6 of them in stock, dealer who has them wont sell them to sister chrysler dealer.. DF's i want all warranty items possibly replaced before delete... LOL.. I have noticed i am getting 1-2 regens daily in a 30 -60 mile day..... this is nonsense!!!!!! Full delete is the only answer & possible solid lifter conversion!! Trans is fresh oil & filter & may upgrade PPE trans pan & trans thermal bypass cooler...

Update........ Truck was taken to dealer this am after ordered part arrived this am. I picked the truck this evening... Repaired under emissions 50k warranty. I'm at 45k miles... LOL
2 other codes were present, other PMS & turbo sensor, due to initial sensor fail. All DTC cleared and go to go.. fingers crossed!!
