My 2022 6.7 HO keeps popping the P218F code which is a DEF flow problem. The dealership has replaced DEF pump, sensors and injector as well as the vehicle’s Powertrain Control Module. Service manager advises Stellantis tech support out of ideas. Anyone else had this issue?

Nope, but would love to hear the outcome!

Wiring was checked this week. All OK. Tech is going to try to get authorization to replace DEF tank and sensor as that’s about all that’s left to replace. Code popped back up after driving 25 km. DEF usage seems normal.

Hey Craig, I'm running into the same issue for my RAM 5500. Any luck on fixing this problem?

Tough one, I have no experience on Ram but this is one of the things many mis on the vehicles I work on. Also the quality and quantity resets. The port or hole the SCR injector sits in gets blocked with DEF fluid crystals.

I can second this too. I had issues on my 2017 3500 Cummins HO. Replaced the DEF injector and still the same. Took the injector back off and found the hole it mounts to almosr plugged up. Used Hot water to dissolve then added Rislone Crystal Clean Diesel DEF & SCR Emissions System Cleaner Diesel Exhaust from . DEF usage went up and truck ran better. No more messages either.
As a preventative I put in 1/2 bottle Rislone when I add DEF but I never put more than 1/2 of box of the Platinum DEF in now to avoid having crystals build up in the tank as the truck doesnt get used much (22K since new ).
