Hello everyone!

Did anyone experience this problem? My truck is going into regen every 70 miles or so.
I got these two messages below when I used OBD fusion.
The OBD Fusion dashboard screenshot was made right after regen was finished. It still shows 42% for normalized triger for regen. Not sure if it is important information.
When I googled some people on another forum state that it could be SCR catalyst that needs to be changed.
The truck was restored after the flood. I changed particulate sensor and nox sensor on the exhaust as they both were malfunctioning. The code for those sensors are gone after installing the new ones.
I would appreciate any help.

Was the exhaust full of flood water? If so that could have damaged the dpf and SCR catalyst causing your issues

It was dry when we got the truck, but it is most likely that water was inside the exhaust pipe. Is there any way to check SCR catalyst without taking it out?

I agree with @superjoe83. That code means the system is detecting that your SCR is not catalyzing the exhaust gases properly and/or below the threshold. That said, my recommendation is to pull the SCR and clean it thoroughly because it is similar to a catalytic converter which has precious metals in it that need to come in contact with the exhaust gases properly to be able to have the proper chemistry reaction aka catalyze.
It is very likely filled with silt from the floodwaters and just needs a thorough cleaning.

Can someone please check these data for me? I am getting zeros from inlet dpf pressure sensor, but outlet pressure sensor seems to be working fine.
I did some research and found that regen is initiated by pressure delta between inlet and outlet sensors. If my inlet pressure sensor is not working properly it would explain frequent regens.

Differential pressure is one of the reasons the system will initiate an active Regen but not the only reason. But since you are seeing one sensor not reading / functioning I'd start there.

Can anyone please check it out? If you guys see some data that would mean my sensor is bad.
