I'm sure there is, but it wouldn't have anything to do with Stellantis/FCA/Ram. It would be purely through the train freight tracking system and since you wouldn't be listed on the waybill, you'd likely have to either do some hacking, or find the right railroad employee to bribe or sweet-talk into sharing the info.I mean is there any way u can get the train it’s on and flow it.
Yeah, that is also something you'll need to track down. What company picked it up from the plaint as in Train company?
I ordered my 3500 Laramie Longhorn back in mid Oct. of 2020, still not in yet getting frustrated going on 6 months. They been telling me the last 2 months or so its built shipped but dont know where its at. How do you lose a $90 truck in todays world with every thing scanned and tracked. Now there telling me its about the auto industry not getting these computer chips for over seas.I ordered a new power wagon And it was loaded to a train. And I was asking to see if there was a way to track it as it gets to Chicago to be dropped off to head to Michigan. The dealership isn’t helping much.
I was able to call XM Guardian with my VIN and have them turn on my Guardian service for the UConnect app. When they download the truck from the train the location should update and I will be able to see where it is at that point. I'd imagine the battery is unplugged for shipping right now as it doesnt update location yet.You are not alone. It is a lot of waiting and hoping at this point in the process.
If somehow you could get it registered within the Uconnect app, you could potentially see where it is, but I would assume you can't register the VIN within the app until you sign the paperwork making it officially your truck. I wasn't able to get mine registered until about a week after I took possession.
