Can the stock OEM spare wheel hold a 12.50 wide tire? I have an "out of round" 37x12.50R18 that isn't noticeable until over 55mph. It can't be balanced out, but would make a great spare.

Is the spare wheel an 18x8? Is it on a 0mm or more + offset?

I thought someone may know from experience on the spare wheel size. I think you can squeeze a 12.50 on an 8", but I figured I'd get a bit of rub but it may not matter if I was trying to just limp to a service point.

I know that discount tire would not mount a 12.5" wide tire on mine because it was 1/2" below the recommended width. It will be fine though to limp you to where you need to get to fix the tire.

I run a Toyo 35x12.5-17 on my stock steel spare which is 17x7.5. The tire shop never said a word they just mounted it for me. you are going to have like 43+ offset give or take. my power wagon is like +57
