OEM LED Reflector (Midline) to OEM Halogen Reflector Headlamps?

I’ve seen threads that it is possible to upgrade from OEM Halogen headlamps to the OEM Midline Reflector LED headlamps with an adapter harness and AlfaOBD programming. But is the opposite possible? “Downgrade” from Midline Reflector LED to Halogen? Adapter harness required or no?

Why? I originally liked the LED , but I’m not loving the LED lighting anymore. I find the color is hard on my eyes on longer drives, i know the cooler whiter color is popular but it’s definitely harder on your eyes than warmer tones; plus LED has lower CRI (color rendering index) than halogen. I find the LED lights are worthless on wet pavement…Maybe they’ve dimmed? In the snow, they don’t produce any heat so they get iced over.

In theory the halogen bulbs could be upgraded from H11 to H9 low beam (1250lm to 2100lm) and 9005 to 9011/HIR1 high beam (1700lm to 2300lm).

Just noodling ideas.

Naw homie you don’t want this.

The halogen headlights suck big donkey nuts even with morimoto 2stroke high $ led comversion. It’s acceptable lighting, it gets me down the road and the LED bulbs are better than stock by far. but nowhere near the factory led headlights on my wife’s 11 year old Mazda.

Idk, the halogen headlights on my Grand Cherokee are better IMO. Even before I swapped the low beam from H11 to H9. Maybe because they are lower to the ground?
I just find LED color is straining on my eyes, and they are terrible when the roads are wet. All I can see is glare from other car lights and street lights.
