I'm a data guy so I would like to get as much as I can from the day I take delivery on my ordered 3500.

What ODB-II readers and software work great for logging as much as possible?

Maybe related so I'll also ask that here rather than another thread. I was considering Fuelly for maintenance and mileage tracking but I read some stuff on their forums that they're including ads even for those who paid for their ad-free version - they seem to be no longer honoring their commitment. So, what other, or even fuelly if you really like it, similar software are you using and why do you like it?

Im no expert but I use this.
BlueDriver
Does the job for viewing and clearing codes. It has capabilities I don't use.
Easy to do everything I need on my iPad.

Banks iDash Datamonster will record up to 100 parameters in CSV format. You can customize to your needs. It’s a little salty tho.
