Noob - Truck Bed Questions

Good morning. I am new to trucks and hence truck beds. Couple of initial questions:

1. I am thinking I need a bed tool box (for extra secure storage) and/or tonneau cover (to protect/hide cargo). Can you have both? It seems like the tonneau cover would get in the way of the tool box operation, even if you get one that sits below (i.e. doesn't sit on the side of the bed).
2. The 2020 I bought has a spray in bed liner, but it is in pretty bad shape. Are there "repair kits" or reconditioners for spray in bedliners?

Yoy can buy tonneau covers that fit with tool boxes and usually if the liner is damaged you have to respray it

I have a weatherguard underbody chest I used a a tool chest in the bed under an mx4 tonneau. Very secure IMO. I have since gotten ride of my tonneau cover to fit an aux tank in the bed, I rotated the box so it opens up instead.
