Noise at idle

I have a 21 3500 ho Cummins. I have been hearing this noise at idle. Can't pinpoint it. Dealer did a reflash still there. Had anyone come across this before?

Agreed, I'd pop the belt off the tensioner and check its pulley/bearing first.... They are kinda known for going first and easy to check yourself.

You likely could but it could throw codes, not charging.. Etc

Sorry for the late response. Haven't taken it in yet. Did notice the noise is more prominent when towing my 5th wheel toy hauler. I will probably take it after the 1st.

It sounds like the belt chirp I had.

There's a TSB for this for 19-20 trucks. Not sure if it's expanded. They replace the harmonic balancer and belt.
